Preparation of the marketing strategy for the real estate project Danės Krantas - preparation of the positioning of the project in the market of the port city - Klaipėda, detailing of a clear sales strategy, preparation of the advertising plan, evaluation of real indicators (sales, conversion, price), taking into account the situation in the real estate market of Lithuania and Klaipėda.
In order to present the real estate project (a complex of 11 apartment buildings, 480 apartments in the city of Klaipėda) to the market, the positioning of the project has been prepared (detailed project audience, its expectations, competitive environment and possible competitive advantages, essential attributes of the project, which will become the "center of attraction" for potential buyers in the future). Taking into account the stages of project development and the specifics of project financing, a detailed sales plan, advertising plan and budget have been prepared. Estimate possible ROI indicators and risk advertising campaigns at different stages.

The project was successfully presented on the market (taking into account the complex real estate segment in Lithuania)
Sales of the first phase of the project are carried out according to the set plan, including ROI indicators
The main "attributes" of the project, which generate the attention of buyers in Klaipėda, are clearly arranged and coordinated with the project developer
The project is ready for presentation to residents of Vilnius and Kaunas (second home by the sea)
The business plan of the project was drawn up in accordance with EU standards, successfully approved by the financial institution that granted credit to the project.
